Triple CHEESEsteak
We start by toasting your hoagie bun to golden brown, then add a full 12 oz of shaved ribeye, sautéed onions, red bell peppers, and jalapeños. Then we triple up the cheese with melted provolone, smoked gouda, and finish the toppings with freshly shredded Gruyere cheese and fresh chives. (Modifications available upon request for those that think jalapeños are spicy).

Cajun Honey Butter Chicken Sandwich
We start with a toasted Rotella's brioche bun. Then we begin the layering of flavors with our housemade jalapeno cream, crisp lettuce, purple onion, and two of our signature hand-breaded chicken tenders, which are dipped in Chef Alfaro's special Cajun Honey Butter Sauce. It's then topped with kosher dill pickles, and served with a side of our traditional salt & pepper fries.

Dippin' Tots
Tator tot croquettes stuffed with cheese, bacon and chives, and tossed with fresh grated parmesan and parsley. Served with a side of Chef Alfaro's homemade Kickin' Bacon Ranch Dip.
